My sister and I decided to make terrariums one day after finding pretty glass jars on one of our many antique/thrifting runs. Its a fun simple project, all you need is:
glass jar
found mosses, flowers, plants
a bit of top soil
a sculpted figure or trinket
some rocks and charcoal at the bottom to aid in decomposing

You have to try making lots of more interesting, disturbing sceneries. Market niche! You should make sophisticated art pieces and sell it via galleries over the globe. The mighty part of them is that they are growing/alive stills.
